J T Pugh Construction & Renovation Ltd.

J.T Pugh is an extremely professional company. The work they undertake is done to the highest quality. The staff are polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with, They leave the work area tidy and clean at the end of each day. We have them booked in to do more work in a few weeks time, when they have finished next door, where they have returned to build an extension, I think if you have someone back whenever you need work done that says an awful lot. We have returned to Jeremy two years after the above review! We needed a reliable and top quality builder to completely refurbish and renovate our basement flat. A basement that needed gutting, re-wiring, central heating installed, a new Kitchen and Shower room, windows replaced, french doors installed, french drains, flooring- everything. I could praise their work in all manner of ways but the one big thing I can say as a recommendation is that we have had NO snagging issues since the work was completed. The work was perfect. Jeremy’s attention to detail is second to none. Here is a building company that you can completely trust.

We had our flat fully renovated last summer, with our kitchen, bathroom, and small toilet all upgraded and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, communication was excellent. Jeremy was always available to talk through ideas, offer advice and help bring our vision to life. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was reassuring to have someone so approachable and knowledgeable guiding the process. I truly believe you get what you pay for. While there may be cheaper quotes out there, what you get with JT PUGH is real peace of mind. Jeremy and his entire team deliver a quality finish that you’ll be genuinely proud of. The workmanship and attention to detail speak for themselves. Now that we’re coming into spring, my wife and I often find ourselves saying, “I love our bathroom” or “I love our kitchen!” Not a day goes by without one of us appreciating the transformation. Choosing JT PUGH was absolutely the right decision for us. A huge thank you to Jez and the whole team, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you!

I wanted to say a thanks to you for your team's professionalism during the works undertaken at our nursery's Worthing branch starting in January 2025 and completing in May. We were very happy with the team's caring and professional approach through-out and this means we were able to continue operating safely as a nursery without issue throughout the time of the works. Parents, the staff and children were reassured throughout. Our nursery manager and the senior team were very happy. Please thank Joe, Josh and John and the rest of the team for their professionalism, their care, and the quality of their work on this project.

We cannot recommend J.T. Pugh Construction & Renovation (Jeremy and his team) highly enough. They completed a full top to bottom Victorian terrace renovation for us, consisting of a loft extension, bathroom renovation, hallway reconfiguration (to incorporate a w/c) and the kitchen side return. We hadn’t previously had this level of work done to anywhere we’ve lived, Jeremy’s support, vision and calm approach, from the outset, ensured that the end result exceeded our expectations. His team not only delivered work to the highest standard and finish, they did so in a friendly and extremely considerate manner - this was hugely important to us and valued by our neighbours. We’re delighted with our ‘new’ home, all thanks to the amazing work of Jeremy and his team.

Renovation of Basement Flat We cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy and his team. Our smallish job became a complete flat renovation due to damp issues discovered after work started. Jeremy provided pragmatic advice, never pushed the more expensive solution and agreed costs up front. The quality of work is outstanding. We have benefited from Jeremy's eye for detail and the pride he takes in doing a great job. He is brilliant to deal with too - we had to do everything remotely due to COVID, but were kept fully informed all the way through. The Friday roundup photos became a weekly highlight. Highly recommended!!!
