Terrible experience. They were hired under the letting game. When they came to clean our house one day they had accidnetky smashed the tv we had just bought when hovering. We were told to take it up with them and the owner proceeded to repetitively tell me to take them to court to resolve the matter. As student, not ideal. I thought it would be a simple understanding and they could go through their insurance as it wouldn’t been £200 only. But Allas no. Many phone calls getting no where, attempting to record me on the phone with her. Felt very dissatisfied with the lack of taste and tone. The Managment company let them go and assured us they would not come back. Long story short. We were left with a big smashed tv. The initial cleaning staff were Lovley however just a shame the owner didn’t want to steer far away from responsibility didn’t resolve the tragic loss for us.

A really good cleaning service. Excellent manager who has responded immediately when things have gone wrong. It doesn’t matter if I’m at home or not as I have found them to be trustworthy and honest and good with my dogs. Absolutely great
