Industrial Cleaning Equipment (ICE)

Richard Willoughby I had a great experience learning how to use the new equipment, thanks to his patience, knowledge, and helpful guidance. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident using the equipment safely and correctly. His friendly and professional approach made the learning process much easier. I really appreciate all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing support with new equipment.

Richard Willoughby - really helped with installing the new machine fantastic service would definitely recommend

Our engineer/trainer (Simon Bradbury) was extremely friendly and provided us with all the details and support needed to understand how the machine worked. He also reassured us only any issues and queries that we had and was great help..

Honestly, your employees are very nice, bright people. They always explain the work and make it interesting and fun to learn about what they are doing and why. They are always happy and are very nice to talk to. Especially Pat, he's very funny and a joy to talk to.

Richard Willoughby was absolutely brilliant! So lovely and helpful, hopefully get to see him again on the next delivery! ☺️
