IMO Car Wash

I have used it often and mostly good. This time the water was not working, so I had a dry run. When I explained, I was given a not nice reply until he realised there was an issue. So I went again, still not working 100% and still not a clean car. I wasted money and time. They should have treated this more professional. Not Impressed, not even a proper apology. I will give them a 3 star, more based on previous visits, it would have been a 4 if they would have treated me better with the issue they have.

Terrible . Guy took my money in the queue . Waited ages as the machine kept breaking down. The same guy asked for payment again and I had to show him I’d already paid on my banking app . The machine stalled again at the rinse and dry for a few minutes . Once I came out my car was still dirty

Great car wash place. Usually there is no long wait and you get to choose from many different programs available for automatic wash or if you want to take it a step further then why not use their car valeting services. Usually there isn't a long wait and whenever longer queue starts building they work very fast and efficient to minimise customers waiting time.

I put my car through the car wash today and paid the £21 car wash and was in and out far too quickly. Definitely did not get what I paid for as I’ve bee coming here for years . When I arrived home and looked at my car it was filthy! Won’t be going back, which is a shame as it use to be excellent

I don’t normally write reviews however I had to make an exception because I felt ripped off. I used the car wash in Inverness on the 22nd February and I filled in an online form to give feed back of my experience. I am still waiting for a response which I presume has just been ignored, not good business practice. I have used this car wash for a few years now but I have never uncounted the car wash in the condition it was on the the day of my visit. The wash bay was like the surface of the moon I can,t really describe how bad it was but presume it to be really bad frost damage. The car wash kept stopping and needed to be restarted twice while travelling through the machine itself. There is normally a colourful detergent covering the car on entry which was either well diluted or non-existent. The wax section of the wash wasn't working on the passenger side of the car and on exiting from the wash the passenger side looked half washed. I will not be using the IMO car wash again and been washing the car by hand saving money and making a better job.
