Cleaned the house well. I would recommend based on quality of work. However someone from the team went for a number 2 in our downstairs cloakroom. Skidmarks were in the toilet and a very bad smell filled the entire hallway downstairs. What's the point of hiring a cleaning company when they go toilet and make a mess and smell? Very unprofessional. I had to ask them to clean the toilet again, which they did.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Paid for end of tenancy cleaning and they did not clean the property properly. Do not waste your money on them or you will risk losing your deposit if you are moving out.

I hired the team for a Move Out Clean. The cleaners did a great job. The kitchen and bathrooms look like new, the carpets looks great, and whole space is spotless. Punctual and highly recommend!!!

Rubbish service!! 3 cleaners came and loads have been missed. I did a quick check when they left, then noticed areas not even touched by them. They did come back, and acted rude, chatting in their language, I may not understand them, but I understand tone! How can a “deep clean” not notice the limescale on the shower head. How did they not clean around the outside of the shower tray. They didn’t even bother opening the windows to clean the edges. They didn’t properly clean the blinds. Just closed them and wiped, which meant when you open the back part was still dusty. I noticed the grout on my bathroom tiles still have marks. They didn’t even scrub the splashback behind my cooker, and I had to point this out twice. They didn’t even hoover behind the sofas, until I mentioned it. They said they had hoovered behind the beds. Yet failed to move the single bed in the office. Only done on the 2nd time when they returned. The curtains weren’t even hoovered. They didn’t even hoover the skirting board near my fridge area. They didn’t even use the pipe when hoovering the edges, and I know this, cos there were still bits there. This was just a small 2 bed flat, hate to think if I had a bigger house. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
