I 4 Property Services Ltd

i4 provided a quote and then completed work to improve 3 bathrooms on a rental property. What work has been completed appears to be of satisfactory standard, but due to lockdown I have been unable to view the work personally. In my experience, i4 keep their quotes rather subjective by including phrases such as 're-tile and decorate as required'. I feel they do the bare minimum and use the ambiguity in the quote to say they didn't feel certain things needed to be done. To 'finish' the work I then received another quote asking for nearly a third more money. I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I thought it right to share my experience to avoid anyone else being caught out like this.
