Hull Property Centre

I rented a room in a property managed by Hull Property Centre. During my tenancy there was a cockroach infestation which took several months to resolve. I also reported a number of maintenance and management issues which I felt were not dealt with promptly. Based on my experience, I would not rent through this company again.

It's was a joy to deal with Brooke, Hayley and Louise at HPC. They were very responsive and helpful in setting up my new tenancy. They made it an anxiety free experience.

I didn’t use this estate agent for a rental or purchase I used it for comfort and kindness. Today I broke down and without question the lovely family who own this business offered me somewhere warm to sit, a cup of tea and some kindness. I wanted to thank them publicly for their good dead and assure anyone wanting to use them that they are genuinely kind caring people and you won’t go wrong using this business. I wish you all the best - I will repay the kindness to someone else. Thank you again, Sally

HPC were super helpful and ensured our property purchase went through really smoothly. Definitely recommend this agency. Many thanks Hayley and Louise!

I am delighted to share my wonderful experience with the HPC Agency and a special shout to Mrs. Monica, who is an outstanding employee. Monica's courteousness, professionalism, extensive knowledge, and unmatched service level were impressive from the very beginning. Despite my short stay, Monica went above and beyond to help me with my apartment rental, and she did not disappoint me like other agencies. I believe that the current owner of HPC agency deserves congratulations for having such an excellent employee like Monica. I would highly recommend HPC Agency to anyone looking for a hassle-free and exceptional experience.
