Home CCTV Ltd

My new property had the CCTV already fitted from previous owner however, I was unsure on how to use the systems or even gain access to it. I phoned the number on the box. Left my name & new postcode. Within 1hr I had a what’s app message from Jack I explained my situation & he began exsplaining what I need to do. We did it all step by step. He helped with what cables go where, what cables are missing, sent me links to purchase new ones off amazon (as previous owner taken them with them) & need them of the camera to work. He sent me voice notes explaining to make things easier. He had step by step videos of what wires to put where, what buttons to press on the screen, help Change passwords, help me download the app, add my cameras to the app. Anything I needed Jack would be able to help with. Extremely Knowledgeable & there was 1 thing he was unsure on & still managed to find the answer for me super quick. I’m no good with things like this & Jack made it ever so effortless. The help & support & the customer service was 10/10. He couldn’t have done any more to help me if he tried. No job was too big for him, even when I was ready to give up on it all as I was stressed due to the previous owner basically taking everything that I needed for them to work. He was determined to get them back up & working for me. Finding different Solutions to get us to the end result. Highly recommend.

We had a camera installed by this company three years ago, and we are absolutely delighted with it! The night vision is incredible, we can see everything in full color, almost as if it were daytime. For three years, the cameras have been working perfectly without a single issue. Recently, we changed our internet provider, which disconnected the camera. I messaged the company on Messenger explaining that I couldn’t access the footage on my phone, and they helped me out quickly and easily. Amazing customer service and top-quality equipment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. They carried out a full site survey and handled everything we needed — fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fire risk assessments, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and automatic gates. All installed professionally and backed up with ongoing maintenance contracts. Engineers were knowledgeable, tidy, and DBS-checked. Brilliant company for all

I would definitely recommend this electrical expert. He resolved a complex faulty wiring issue in my home with great professionalism and skill. What truly set him apart was his willingness to go above and beyond—he also helped fix my tower fan, which had stopped working entirely. He even took it to his home to repair it and worked on it during an odd hour just to get it done for me. The level of attention, dedication, and craftsmanship he showed is the best I’ve experienced so far. He is not only fantastic and highly skillful but also genuinely talented at what he does. If you’re looking for someone who delivers outstanding results and treats your problems as if they were his own, this is the expert to call. Henry
