This is the disabled toilets. Never seen it looking any better than this, and this is clearly not acceptable. Parts of the store are in similar disarray and the queues are ridiculous and unnecessary. Must do better!

I visited this store recently and was politely asked to leave without any explanation. I was sober, calm, and respectful at the time, so I found the situation confusing. This experience left me with a negative impression.
