HMS

Everything starts off great but then the truth comes to light. The workers seem friendly and I do believe they are however their craftsmanship is left to be desired. Although they tried it was awful, it is awful. They have left our home in such a state I feel it could of been purposely done surly no one is that bad. I don’t think you get good tradesmen anymore. These guys don’t like their job and it really does show. They started this job on the 18th December 2023 and it’s still not finished now April. Jokers!!!!! It’s very upsetting

I had a repair done to my bathroom sink yesterday 22/02/22 i have never known cowboys like it they actually destroyed my sink & caused a leak! they ran down the stairs & got in the van as quick as possible before i could check the state they left it in, the day after (today) a call out gas engineer goes by the surname black came out & fixed everything cleaned up there awful job & mess & was such a nice man, thank you so much! they need more people like you on working for them 😁

Amazing company with amazing staff, I could not fault any of the workers who work for HMS, the electrician, plumbers painter and decorators their brilliant and friendly. I had a gent called John around from HMS today. He did some painting and decorating and he was fabulous with communication and phoning the torus office to help me. Absolutely amazing thankyou he did a fabulous job!

This company has been carrying out works in South Drive L15 for some months. This is a residential road and the company and its contractors have trashed our street! Soil, skips, contractors vehicles and LITTER have ruined the area. The footway has been closed on one side for weeks. The footway on the other side is obstructed by vans, with parents and schoolchildren forced onto the road outside the school. Cigarette packets, cans, sandwich wrappings etc are discarded everywhere. Street cleaning has been neglected for months.
