I booked a cleaning service based on the prices and description shown in the company’s advertisement, but the experience was very disappointing. Once the cleaners arrived, I was suddenly told there were additional charges for basic tasks that should be included in a standard clean — things like cleaning behind the bed, wiping the microwave, and cleaning the skirting boards. None of this was mentioned clearly beforehand. And not to mention the oven, I PAID FOR A BLOOMIN DEEP DEEP CLEAN BEARING IN MIND. £280!! Even after paying the higher price, the quality of the clean was not acceptable. When I inspected the property afterwards, the skirting boards had not been cleaned, furniture had not been moved at all, and areas behind the bed were untouched. Even the furniture that was easy to access still had visible dust and dirt around it. Overall, I feel the service was overpriced, misleading, and not carried out to a professional standard. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Even after paying £250, the quality was poor — skirting boards weren’t cleaned, furniture wasn’t moved, and several areas were left visibly dusty. As a customer, I felt misled and overcharged. I wouldn’t use this service again.

I was quoted one price online but charged much more when the cleaners arrived, including extra fees for basic tasks. After the job was done, I checked the house and found those areas hadn’t been cleaned at all — furniture wasn’t moved, and dust was still visible. Very poor value for money, and I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Fabulous job completed. Very happy with the transformation. My previous tenants left my bathroom in a filthy condition so was elated to see the huge improvement. Thank you
