Henry Construction Building Contractors

This is the second time that I have used Henry Construction in less than a year. In 2025, he completely renovated the property to an exceptionally high standard - even a year on it looks like new. Now he has just finished re-fencing my garden The work is of a very high standard and I cannot fault it. The difference it has made to the appearance of the property is staggering. Brett is very prompt at responding to any queries and very transparent with the costings, which I feel is a rarity these days. I would highly recommend Brett and his team.

Brett and his lads did a fantastic job on our extension. We had lots of work done by them and all went smoothly with no hiccups. Andy especially did a fantastic job going the extra mile on the roof timbers...putting in extra work to make sure it was done right. Brett and his gang love a tidy site so things were always cleaned up at the end of the day and not once did I come home to a mess. They are quick, good value and hard working and everything they did for us was done right.

Great local builder that I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good value, top quality, and reliable local builder. The process that Brett follows is very clear and understandable throughout the project, leaving no nasty surprises on costs or uncompleted works at the end of the project. A special mention for Andy. He is key in keeping communication with us as the clients clear, setting expectations on a daily and weekly basis. They kept the site clean and well managed at all times, overseeing all deliveries and putting any damage from these right. Keeping everything in order and keeping the place pleasant. They made the whole experience easy as they dealt with any sub contractors that they did use, such as plumbing and electrics, and even managed some of the finish trades that we employed. This is not a project management company or a so-called builder that sub contracts out all of the trades. They are a general builder with pretty much all skills in-house. Fantastic job, guys.

Great experience with Brett and team carrying out a complicated kitchen extension with a lot of steel work. The entire team was courteous, punctual, tidy and paid great attention to detail with every aspect of the extension. The project finished bang on time, communication was excellent throughout and we're absolutely delighted with the end product. We would not hesitate to use these guys again and strongly recommend them.

Brett, Cee-Jay and Rich have done an outstanding job transforming my loft to an amazing new room I very proud of and which is way beyond my expectations. All of the team involved in were professional, tidy and a pleasure to work with. Brett kept me informed of dates, costs and progress throughout and all the work was very high quality. Thank you very much!
