Harvey & Son Window Cleaning

Shawn was absolutely top-class! I couldn’t fault a single thing about his work. He’s completely sorted our resin drive, and we’re thrilled with the results. Thank you, Shawn we’ll 100% be using your services again!

Shawn provides an excellent service. He cleaned our windows at our previous house and we were so pleased that when we moved he was still able to do them. He has a range of services, is very responsive on Messenger, always sends a message the day before to let us know he is coming and allows us to pay using internet banking which is great these days when no-one has cash. Great all round. Highly recommended!

Whilst the window cleaning service is satisfactory, my concerns are the appalling lack of customer care and communication. The service is every eight weeks, and notification is the day before the clean. If this is missed, (we were on holidays last time, so understand), then it's a further eight weeks, but no communication as to the next appointment. Today, the service was at my neighbours, but he still didn't contact us to offer a clean . It's been three months since the last window clean! When I asked why he couldn't have cleaned our windows as he was literally next door, he said he didn't have time. His attitude was basically "if you're not happy, find someone else". Brilliant customer care! I guess from the owners response you can gauge the customer care attitude. Not customer focused, unapologetic, and unwilling to resolve matters with his customer.

I have been using Harvey & Sons Window Cleaning for a number of years now and I can only sing the praise of Shaun. He is always communicative and punctual with a service that’s second to none. I would not use anyone else. 5* service at all times. Thank you so much

I have had nothing but great service from Shawn, friendly chap who always leaves the windows, door, sills and frames spotless! Receiving notice the day before is so helpful so we’re able to leave the gate open for him.
