Happy Homes Cleaning Company

Do not use this company. I contacted them to do a clean of a house I was going to be moving into. I spoke to a colleague on the phone and agreed with them exactly what needed done. I was then off sourced to quartz cleaning services to be fit in that week. They needed to leave for an emergency on agreed day of cleaning and immediately returned the keys. Then the day of the full house cleaning they returned the keys within 2 hours. When I moved in it was clear minimal cleaning was done. Cupboards and shelves still dirty. The agreed on steam cleaned on a carpet was not done and only that carpet hoovered. Complained and they said the cleaners had said since the photos on the listing had been done it had been lived in for months. Confirmed with agent this was a completely untrue. They then refused to reply to me or take my call as I requested a refund. Honestly disgusting behaviour. Nearly £200 for them to push a little dust around and hoover 1 carpet!

Two cleaners did a deep clean at my property. Very high standard, very efficient and friendly service too.

Did a deep clean on a Victorian Terrace and it was absolutely fantastic. Was absolutely spotless and very professional. No hesitation in recommending.

Communication with the team was excellent and the clean was arranged quickly and efficiently. Cleaner was excellent and left the place perfect.

Great job done by Joanne and Marta. So happy with the results, would highly recommend.
