Happy Home Cleaning

I recently used Happy Home Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. The communication around the booking was excellent and the cleaners arrived in good time. Unfortunately the clean was not thorough enough for an end of tenancy clean. Whilst some of the rooms were absolutely fine, overall the clean was inconsistent, eg with some kitchen shelves left uncleaned, visible dust around doorframes, shower cubicle bases not clean and debris on carpets. I emailed constructive feedback after the job with photos, but unfortunately did not get a response of acknowledgement, hence this review. If there was insufficient time to finish the job, I would have preferred to have been advised this, rather than find an unfinished job. Frustratingly, it meant that the estate agent deducted some money from our deposit due to the poor cleaning.

Been using Happy Home Cleaning for a couple of years now. Easy to deal with and very happy with the service. Marion is our current regular and does a great job. We sometimes have different people from time to time and have found everyone to friendly and thorough

Been using this company for a few months now. The team that come are kind, considerate and thorough. Jade and Sam who attend and Minette in the office especially are fantastic. Whenever there is a query, everything is resolved quickly and above expectation. Combination of service given and customer service ongoing, more than happy!

Marion is very reliable and comes to us each week. If I want anything extra done she is happy to do it within the time. I would recommend this company for your cleaning.

The team have been cleaning our house since April '22. Jade and Sam do a fantastic job every week; they're friendly, polite, hard-working, and trustworthy. We use them for our own personal cleans as well as cleans before & after Airb&b use. Another point worth noting is they also do the clean for my elderly and vulnerable mother - they're extremely considerate of the situation and always leave the properties they clean in immaculate condition. 5 stars isn't enough!
