We were told that you charge £35 for providing a written estimate so that we can submit a claim for damage caused by potholes. We had intended to have the repair work carried out with you, but we will not be returning if this is your policy. We have just moved to the area and had planned to use this business as part of our local amenities; however, this experience has changed that view. We are disappointed, as we expected a more customer-friendly approach, particularly when the estimate is required due to damage outside of our control.
