The staff were a good blend of friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to help me figure out what I needed, then provided a choice from appropriate products. They are do vehicle checks and installs on more than I realised before. They sorted my problem at a price that I wasn't totally shocked at (unlike some garages) 😀

The guys went over and beyond when trying to get sorted with roof rack bars. Even recommended where to get the parts they didn't do. And ill be back for fitting. Plus the bars where over £100 cheaper than purchasing off the official tent box company who also supplies.

Very disappointed with the service at Halfords newry. Dash cam took 3 hours to fit and I had to ask could someone please explain how to get phone connected. A bit laid back attitude, won’t be recommending them

We were assisted by Jamie, he was Very helpful at picking out a bike for my daughter, talked through everything and what is easiest for her to progress on etc. Couldn't recommend enough. Very happy with our experience

Had dash cams fitted by Tev and Connor at the Newry store. The two guys were extremely knowledgeable professional and patience. They were also extremely friendly nothing was too much for them. Helen at the front desk was also approachable and friendly. They are a credit to your company.
