Graham Sanders Property Maintenance

Graham did a great job boarding and plastering our back bedroom, as well as fitting new radiators and new bedroom doors and frames. Would definitely recommend him and have him back to do more work in the future.

I am really pleased with the completed extension and alterations to my bathroom. It may have taken longer than planned because of the lock down restrictions due to Covid-19. However now I have finally moved into the extension I am totally satisfied and the wait has been worth it. Thanks Graham, I can happily give you 5 stars and would recommend you to anyone wanting home improvements.

Graham fixed a few problems with plumbing plus an electrical issue and also fitted an outdoor tap — really lovely bloke, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

If you want a fire-place removed, a wall replastered, a kitchen refurbished or a downstairs loo installed, then Graham is your man. Everything was finished to a very high standard with the minimum of disruption. Very highly recommended. Ian and Carol Russell

First class service and workmanship. Our rather tired bathroom has been beautifully upgraded, guided through the process with Graham's helpful suggestions. Recommended without reservation.
