​1 Star Review - Professional Misconduct Warning ​"I am cautioning patients with complex clinical needs to be wary of this branch. This morning, staff falsely claimed my GP had cancelled my prescription for high-dosage maintenance medication (including Schedule 2 Controlled Drugs). ​Upon attending my GP surgery in person, they confirmed no such cancellation was ever issued. This fabrication appears to have been a retaliatory act because I am moving my custom to another pharmacy. My GP had to issue an emergency rescue script to mitigate the risk of acute withdrawal caused by this branch’s dishonesty. ​This matter has been escalated to the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI) as a formal case of professional misconduct and endangerment."
