Gooch Group Ltd.

Absolutely fantastic! Actually have no words how fantastic this company was with helping an issue with rats. Listened to everything I was saying then done his investigation and found entry holes! All blocked up now..went above and behold helping myself and my neighbour!! Kindest man who really has put my mind at ease and gave me bit knowledge. Will 100 percent recommend this company!! Even left bait box!! Just incase where entry hole was.... Cant thank you enough. P.s the Dodgerido was the icing on the cake.

We have had an issue with Ants at the front and back of our house. We have used Gooch for the past 2 years to treat the issue. They have been really helpful and we have reduced the nests and amount of ants right down, the issue was quite big. All the team have been super responsive and friendly/helpful with great advice on how to do things ourselves to keep things proving. Gooch go beyond just coming out and put stuff down to control the situation, they work consultively to.get the situation sorted. They are always on time and quick to respond to emails etc. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

Colin came to visit our property after having caught multiple mice. Very informative and showed me where they had been coming in. Although it looks as though they have gone for now, Colin showed me the signs of where the mice had been and the entry points under the sink and cabinets. Used foam and wire mesh to block entry points from pipes that lead to outside and gave advice on cleaning after. Overall friendly, informative and put in preventative measures for future.

We have a mouse problem and he came over couple weeks ago to help sort it and he was really good at explaining everything from where they hid to what attracts them etc. He has now come back to check on the progress and we have not seen a mouse since in the house. He is a lovely gentleman and explained everything to me. I felt looked after and know I am in the right hands. I highly recommend.

Maggie and the team were incredibly supportive, professional and discreet when handling a delicate clean up job for a family member. They managed to get the job done incredibly quickly and were very thorough, nothing was too much trouble and everyone from the team was lovely to work with. Would recommend and use again. Thanks so much!
