Do not touch this ‘company’ Managed to get us to take out a warranty without our knowledge to start with, arrived at our home to fix our tumble dryer but didn’t have the part on the van to fix it so left within five minutes. They knew our make, model and problem so why no part? At this point we are £108 in and have been told we would have to spend another £60 to get the belt that is needed. It costs £16 from Bosch. We are also locked into the warranty for the next year for something that isn’t even fixed. We were told ‘ that’s your problem’ They are refusing to refund and if we pay the £60 for the belt what’s to say another ‘issue’ won’t arise? Absolutely awful and would hate to see someone else being scammed! Avoid!

Claim to be local and cover Gloucestershire but are in fact nothing more than glorified middle men, sat in an office somewhere in the country, trying hard to sell you policies to cover your appliance, and begging genuine local companies to come out and do the work on their behalf at inflated prices! I'd do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!

They are scammers all right. They got money off me for a new repair job and contract. The engineer turned up with no equipment to test my faulty appliance and reports that my appliance is beyond repair.

Worst service do not choices them

Dishonest. Booked to fut new intergrated dishwasher. Engineer didnhalf a joh but refused to fit cabinet door. Advised that if i want the door fitted or the dishwasher securing in place, i need a kitchen fitter. Apperantly their fee only covers plumbing and not actually funishing the job. Refused to refund. No small print at any point in the booking explaining this. 180 quid to connect a pipe.
