Gloucestershire Cleaning Company Ltd

Property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Temperature had taken a dip and apartment was lovely and warm. Host was very responsive to any queries we had. The location was perfect for us as a stones throw from main shopping streets. If I come back to glocester will definitely stay here.

We had 4 nights in this 1 bedroom apartment in Stroud which was clean and tidy, plenty of free on site parking directly outside so very safe. Apartment located on a reasonably quiet site in Stroud with easy access to major routes. Although basic, everything needed was provided. I would stay again if in the area.

I inquired with this company last week and initially everything seemed promising. Seb agreed to join our group chat to arrange a property review, but he was slow to respond. I followed up with a call this morning, and while he promised to get back to us and call my assistant, he never did. He also said he would arrive at a certain time but failed to show up. Without any explanation, he then left the group chat. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Seb proved to be unreliable, and I would not recommend this company.

Perfect for our weekend stay, lovely clean linen and towels and extremely comfortable beds. We did however clean out the cutlery draw and all the cutlery before using as it was fullofcrumbs, didn't use the crockery drainer as it's rusty. Apart from that lovely stay thank you.

Excellent apartment, very clean and comfortable, close to the center, I definitely recommend it!
