Glimmr provided an amazing deep clean to my home, at such short notice! The booking process was seamless and I was so happy when I got home when the clean was complete! The attention to detail and thoroughness was very impressive. I really appreciated all of their hard work on the deep clean of my home. I would definitely recommend to all.

I've used the cleaning service six times, and on five out of those six occasions, something went wrong. Once, the cleaning was canceled an hour before the scheduled time. Another time, it was canceled due to the cleaner's family issues, and I was provided unnecessary details about it. Twice, they rescheduled my cleaning for a different time slot. I could understand these inconveniences if the cleaning service was good, but unfortunately, it was awful. It seems the cleaners hate their job. They leave dirty floors, dirty wet cleaning clothes on the floor, and sometimes forget to clean entire rooms. One cleaner was so slow that she couldn't finish cleaning one of the two rooms and two bathrooms in three hours. After canceling my bi-weekly cleaning, they offered me a complimentary cleaning, which I had to reject because it would be a waste of time. Eventually, I found an amazing self-employed cleaner, and now I'm happy.

Our neighbor suggested Glimmr after our usual cleaner left to go back to her own country. Thought we would give them a try and wow things are much simpler now. Great booking platform and interface and I love how easy it is to reschedule when needed. But more importantly the quality of the clean is top-quality.

Glimmr provided an end-of-tenancy clean for me. What impressed me initially was the helpfulness of the office team who dealt with my enquiry. They were both friendly and efficient in meeting my needs. And then when the cleaners came they did an excellent job all round, and again were happy to discuss with me the exact needs for my property. I'm glad to have found this firm and shall definitely use them again!

Over a 3-week period of what was supposed to be regular weekly cleans, they only managed to send one cleaner one time. The very first clean was cancelled with just 40 minutes notice after someone from the office called me to explain the cleaner's physiological issues in perhaps unnecessary detail, and they could not find a replacement. The second clean happened on time, and it was alright - although it could've been more detailed. Nevertheless, I was optimistic that the details could be ironed out over time. For the third week, the previous cleaner had become unavailable, but they suggested another cleaner on an alternative day. Soon after that, not only was the replacement cleaner also unavailable, but they terminated my services altogether because they had no other cleaners at all - and once again with less than a day's notice. With only a 33% success rate in even managing to send someone with a pulse over, let alone someone who could truly make the place sparkle, I really can not recommend such an unprofessional outfit at all.
