G D Meek Property Maintenance

Can’t fault Geoff and his team. During the winter we had water pouring through the light fitting in our front bedroom. Geoff went up in the roof in the pouring rain to make a temporary fix and keep us watertight until the better weather. Geoff and his team have recently replaced the dormer roof. The works only took a couple of days and was completed to a high standard. The site was left tidy and clean including fascia’s & gutters. Would definitely recommend for any roofing or general building work.

I had my house treated with 2 coats of Sandtex masonry paint 'Morning Sky'. The downpipe was removed so as not to get any splashes on it... some builders would not bother to have done that to save time. A large platform was erected to enable safe access for work on the lower roof. I had some repair work to the lead flashing and the rendering along with moss removal. I also had the barge board and soffits cleaned. I would like to say a 'BIG THANK YOU' to the team: Geoff, Jordan and young Ollie who completed the work in a very professional manner. 👍👍👍 Adrian 😀

Can't rate Geoff and his team too highly. Always reliable, on time and professional, they care about their work and do a fantastic quality job. Also great if you have an emergency situation, Geoff will always try to get to you as soon as he can. Great problem solving and always come up with sensible practical solutions. The lads are always polite, leaving the work site clean and tidy. I highly recommend Geoff to deliver a high quality, professional service.

If you are looking to have a new roof don’t go anywhere else. Geoff, Jordan and the team are hard working and honest. It is so hard to find a tradesman that you can trust to do a good job, look no further than Geoff and his team, they have done a first class job and like other reviews if they come across any problems the are quick to find a solution. Thank you so much Geoff.

The standard and quality of work was outstanding. The team worked excellently together and made sure that everything was perfectly done. Any problems they came across they fixed and always left the site clean and tidy when they finished each day. Would highly recommend hard working and extremely friendly trustworthy and polite. Thank you Geoff, Jordan and Nathan.
