Freelance Entry Solutions Ltd

Great engagement from Freelance to have twin roller doors fitted. Tony was super helpful in helping select the right door. The delivery and installation was flawless and hassle free. The team followed up the next day to check that everything was ok and that I was happy before final invoice. Highly recommended.

I recently had a 2-bay custom oak frame garage constucted at my one-off new build house in South Somerset & although it looked great on completion, it was open to the elements, unboarded & unsecured. As I am car proud & also wanted the option of additional, secure storage I decided to invest in a pair of garage doors. Having done my initial due diligence on line, I went out to a couple of suppliers for quotes. I was very mindful of the fact that I had just purchased a large executive house & added a custom built oak frame garage both at great expense. I was therefore very keen to ensure that any garage doors purchased should not only add practical benefits, such as quality, reliabilty, weather protection, vehicle security & secure storage space but would also be aesthetically beneficial to the property. Having considered a number of options, I finally settled on Hormann (#1 manufacturer in the market) electric sectional doors, supplied & fitted by Freelance Entry Solutions. The Hormann doors are expertly engineered & are of the highest quality. Unlike some of my other recent encounters with various trades, dealing with the team at Freelance (Tony, Scott, Andy & Wes) has been an extremely pleasurable & stress free experience & the end result has far exceeded my expectations. Freelance's deep industry knowledge & understanding of multiple garage types, including my custom barn style, plus their exemplary customer service & attention to detail from initial enquiry through to the survey & fitting set them miles apart from their competition. I simply can't recommend them Freelance Entry Solutions highly enough.

Absolute first class service and helped with advice, safety issues of an old garage door that beyond other fitters. The personnel are polite, kind caring and very skilled professionals who offer excellent quality products at an affordable price. This is our 2nd time using this company and would never use anyone else, from the administration team to the technical fitters all aspects of the job are above customer service standards. Always kept informed and courtesy was first class. Thank you for an excellent service and your quality workmanship.

Freelance Entry Solutions supplied and fitted a new garage up and over door. From the initial site survey to the fitting of the door, all the people I had contact with could have been more helpful and easy to deal with. And the guys who installed the door were absolutely brilliant. As well as doing a super professional job fixing the new door, they gave the existing door a service and made some adjustments to an existing garage door that was adjacent to the new one. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and new customers.

Over the moon with our new garage door! The team arrived exactly when they said they would, were very friendly and tidy, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
