Freedom Fire & Security Maintenance Ltd

Used to be a good company but I’m on a maintenance contract and reported my cameras not working 4 days ago and not even had a call back yet.

Fantastic service from Jemma and the team. I Had a hard drive issue which happened just before going on holiday, they came and sorted the issue very promptly. Much appreciated guys.

We booked this company on recommendation. The guys arrived ahead of their appointment but didn't knock until their scheduled time. Everything was explained in detail, the guys were so friendly & reassuring. We will definitely be using these guys for future burglar alarm servicing & recommending to our friends & families. Many thanks.

Fantastic local company. Offer a wide range of services to ensure full compliance for our business. Very competitive rates and a friendly, professional service. All work requested is arranged quickly and at a time to suit us, and the quality of work carried out is always of an excellent standard. We recently had some urgent door access work completed. From the initial call to James, through to work carried out by Ady and Rick, everything was completed to plan and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Will certainly be using again and would highly recommend.

I have only 5 months experience of using Freedom, however they've worked with our Academy for some years now. May I say that I'm very impressed with the service they provide, they are professional in what they do, and they're always available when you need them (unlike some of their competitors!). I've only heard positive remarks from my colleagues, their prices are competitive, and I'd have no hesitation recommending them to other people.
