Foundations Up Construction Ltd

Loft boarding and wooden balcony repair. Completed on time, to a high standard and with professionalism. Delightful service: from the straightforward quotation by Charles, great communication throughout the process and a very thoughtful, energetic and trustworthy team that completed the work. You might find cheaper, but it was money well spent. I doubt you'll find a more reliable, honest and trustworthy building contractor.

We had our bathroom + internal reconfigured and our heating system changed by Foundations Up. We experienced a very professional, considerate, friendly and dedicate team. Also in the planning stage gave us some great advice on the items and layout. We did have a few unexpected problems which were resolved very quickly by the team. We've ended up with a lovely bathroom which we are both very pleased with. I would not hesitate to recommend Foundations Up to others.

I highly recommend Foundations Up. We needed a new loft hatch and ladder, so I submitted an online enquiry for a quote. Although I planned to get other quotes, meeting Charles and being so impressed by his efficiency, professionalism, and knowledge, there was no need. Given the tight timeframe and the need to get the hatch and ladder fitted before other pre-booked work, Charles, Philippa and the team were incredibly accommodating. They managed to schedule the work for the following week despite their busy schedules - THANK YOU! A big shoutout to Joe for his quality craftsmanship and being a top bloke! The team is delightful to have in the house, most trustworthy, and possibly the cleanest/tidiest contractors I’ve ever met. They are now our go-to for all our house reno needs. 👍🏻

Many thanks to Cameron, Joe and Charles for boarding the loft and fitting a loft ladder in such a professional manner. The work was done to a very high standard and the team made sure the work was completed on time. Highly recommended.

Installed a storage area and lighting in our loft, and improved access. They showed up on time, completed the job as specified, and billed as quoted. The lead guy walked us through the changes and explained how to use the loft door and ladder. The team was careful, neat, and cleaned up after themselves—all with smiles on their faces on a stinking hot day. Can't ask for more than that.
