Forge Waste & Recycling

I use this company to remove the waste from my business. There have been many issues. Two stands outs…. They were charging me for excess waste during Lockdown when my business was closed and there was not even any waste to collect. This indicates that it is a common practice for them to do this throughout the year to many businesses. It’s really hard to prove the weights taken from the bin and they themselves were unable to provide me with the weight from each take. Basically they’re steeling money. Recently they swapped my bin for one with graffiti and a lot of food waste in the bottom. When I requested for a new bin or my old bin they informed me I would be charged £180. Giddy Up Cowboys!

Need a skip cheaper by 50£ for same size as other options available and because didn't have the one ordered sent larger size at same price. Easy to order and collected the next day as organised over the phone person I spoke was amazing tru out Driver was also amazing delivered on time agreed and had already collected the next day by the time I got to my sons home would /will gladly use again when Needed and have already recomended to friends who need one tnx for making the whole process so easy from start to end

After my below review it was great to get a call from Forge management team today to resolve the issues and explain the falling downs which happens in business now and then looking forward to working again with my preferred waste removal company in the new year. Great to see Forge recycling tackling and dealing with problems head on and focusing on customers service and keeping working relationships 👍 After using over many projects in Leeds with no problems actually great service This project disaster with waste skips ended costing me money not on time storing waste double handling and taking skip away when not finished. After my conversion on the phone clearly have to much work and couldn't give a monkeys about customer service disappointed to be honest don't know if I will use again on next projects in new year but if I do hopefully be able to give 5 star reviews and recommend them again fingers crossed.

Absolute waste of time. We've taken over a venue and have three of their bins on our site from the previous tenant. We've called numerous times to have these collected by Forge and they have still yet to be collected, over six weeks later. They even cut us off the last time we called. Appalling.

We use Forge Recycling at work, in all of our sites and we are very happy with the service and prices they provide. We do not regret moving away from our previous supplier to Forge. They are very responsive and if there are ever any issues, they are dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. Great, attentive rep, by the way. We would recommend them.
