Focus Security Solutions (NI) Ltd

Since Focus taken over by Walker this is a disaster. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. Constantly have to chase for them to come back. Came out after long delay and didn’t even have correct parts or a ladder that’s long enough!! Really really poor and disorganised.

Having provided security systems to other family members over many years, Focus fitted our alarm system during house building in 2014, and have provided regular servicing and recent upgrade since. A wholly reliable service throughout. Although I rarely make recommendations, (not really knowing what other people might be looking for) I could not recommend Focus more highly.

Great service from start to finish with Focus. Any issues I have they will sort on phone with me to help reduce call out fees. If they are needed the team are quick to call out and go through a detailed report of findings with me to make sure I understand the issue and to help stop further call outs in future. Would recommend to all

Just moved into our new house and had had a problem with alarm system. Brendan arrived and had a look at it and told us about the system and installed a new battery. He was very nice and really helpful and we were so grateful for all his advice. Thank you Brendan

I made a call to these guys today as I was completely let down by another what I can only call a cowboy. When I explained my issues there was no hesitation in this company coming to help me out. They said someone would be with me Within the hour and they were a further hour later the issue was done and dusted . So would recommend this company absoulty. Thank you focus security solutions 👌👌
