Would definitely recommend.... very easy repair process from beginning to end, reception, mechanics and even the manager all extremely helpful and go above and beyond .. . Is well worth the 40 mile drive and will continue to use and recommend. Thanks 😊

It took over a month to arrange to fix my car after an accident. My insurance insisted I use this garage. After multiple phonecalls and emails they eventually picked up my vehicle. Upon return of the vehicle, not only did they not fix all the issues that had arisen as a result of the incident but my car also had no brakes. It 100% had breaks before going into the garage as this is the car I use for work on a daily basis. They had lied to both my insurance company and myself on multiple occasions, have piss poor communication skills and are crap at their jobs. Avoid.

Honestly fuming, enterprise have taken £45 out my account, apparently they emailed and rang me saying my cars ready (the car I had to send back to the repair garage because they didn’t fix it properly). So the garage has clearly got their revenge by telling them my vehicle is ready. Not received a single email from the garage or enterprise they’ve lied and said they have. Enterprise depot is literally 100 meters away from my house. If they wanted the car back that bad they could have came and knocked on my door. Garage are a bunch of angry con artists. None of this would have happened if they had done the repairs properly the first time round - they tried to palm me off with an unfinished job thinking I wouldn’t notice. Stay away from this garage.

Work on car was completed to a gd standard and Tracey was really helpful . However the Jack and parts in boots went missing ( stolen ) and they claimed they knew nothing . Go careful leaving things in your car 🤬🤬🤬🤬
