FM Electrics & Property Maintenance

I have used FM on a number of occasions & cannot recommend their work & service enough. They have fitted an outside tap, sorted a leaking radiator & re recently created a small loft access in the bathroomi. I

Rapid turnaround from quote to installation. Turned up on time. Did the work to a very high standard. Cost was very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FM Electrics and have already recommend Frank and the team to a number of friends.

Excellent service and workmanship. New hob fitted (despite complications) and security lights supplied and fitted. Frank will be our first choice for any future work. Would not hesitate to recommend

FM Electrics, quality from start to finish wifi problems sorted, lighting issues sorted and even looking into sorting a problem out with my electric panels, nothing was an issue. Sorted my parents cooker install, and also lighting issues. Definitely will use FM electrics again and also spread the word on how great it is to receive quality service these days, cheers Frank.

Frank repaired and replaced several items, including a circuit, sockets, vents/fans, taps and carried out the EICR for my property. Excellent workmanship, tidy, professional and polite. Also, very fair and transparent pricing. Thank you Frank and Lewis!
