Flame UK

We hired a skip from Flame UK for an event we were running, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, delivered the skip as instructed, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. From our initial enquiry through to delivery and beyond, the service was professional, reliable, and efficient. A special mention to George and Mark, who was fantastic to deal with throughout. Their communication and customer service were excellent, and they made the whole process incredibly straightforward. We would have no hesitation in recommending Flame UK and will certainly be using them again for future events.

I highly recommend Flame UK for waste management. The process of arranging a refuse collection was incredibly easy, and I was particularly impressed with the excellent service provided by George. He makes everything feel effortless and is always polite and friendly. The company is fantastic with timekeeping, ensuring collections are prompt and reliable. Coupled with the reasonable costs, the overall value is unbeatable. A truly professional and efficient service that I would choose again without hesitation!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Flame. From the very start, I was brilliantly advised by Mark Thornley, who made the whole process simple and stress-free. He took the time to understand my needs and found me a fantastic deal for my waste collection. The service has been quick, thorough, and totally hassle-free. Highly recommend Flame if you’re looking for reliable, professional waste management!

I have dealt with Ben regarding the electricity contract renewals for the last few years, this year we have been able to sign up for 2 new contracts relating to both the HH meter and unmetered supplies at one of our sites. The advice, help and personable nature of all interactions have made all tenders a pleasure to cooperate in. Highly recommend Flame UK, and Ben, for any corporate tenders and will be going back in future.

George at Flame has been amazing, helping me set up waste and sharps contracts for my health clinic. Super kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me reach a tight deadline. Love the focus on sustainability which is rare in this industry, feel lucky to have them so close by! Looking forward to a lasting partnership with the company, thanks Flame!
