Fitlok

Received Fitlok’s services through an agency. Needed a new key cut and programmed urgently. Once the request was actioned with the agent, Colin was quick to contact me to say he’d be on his way and made the extra effort to ensure I had the key ready within a tight time constraint. A fast & friendly service - Colin was very easy to talk to. The replacement key was in a more robust casing than the original, which added to the good service.

Needed a new credit card style key coded for our Renault Clio. Colin went above and beyond to assist and sourced and programmed a new key with no issues. A fraction of what Renault main dealer would have charged. Now have a spare key card and delighted with the service provided. Thanks again Colin

We contacted Colin from Fitlock to get two new keys for our car. He responded quickly to our inquiry and provided a reasonable quote. We now have two new keys and are very happy with the service. Thanks, Colin!

Great service. They replaced my back door lock. The lock was not available anymore but they stuck at it and we found a solution to fix it. Would definitely recommend. Very personable and easy to work with. Came on time as arranged.

Fantastic service provided by Esther and Colin ! They managed to open my van and cut me a new key as I lost the only original. Also very nice people too !! I would totally recommend them to anyone who has a lock/key problem.
