First Eye CCTV & Security Systems

Had an Ajax Alarm fitted by the company. The whole process from start to finish was flawless, from a quick extremely competitive quote to a short fitting time. On the fitting day, they were punctual, kept me upto date ensuring that they had the correct locations for everything and cleaned after. 💯 happy to recommend and would use them again

Firsteye Installations recently installed some cameras at my home address and I would absolutely recommend them. Paul & Kyle arrived on time and the work was carried out to a high standard with no mess or disruption. Their service from initial call to the quote the next day, to completion was both friendly, helpful and efficient. The video from the cameras is high quality and at the back of the house, which is pitch black at night, I can now see everything as if it was broad daylight - amazing! All can be viewed via an app which the lads set up for me, thankfully. Many thanks again to Paul, Kyle and Allie.

We had our alarm and cameras fitted a good few years ago now, by First Eye Security, and they were very professional and friendly, and they got both products setup in no time, they connected both products up to our phones, really clear pictures for the camera’s and the alarm alerts us when something happens, which is great, especially when we go on holiday, we can see everything, which gives us peace of mind. We get our alarm serviced every year by them, Kyle has just been to service our alarm today, really nice friendly professional guy, same with Paul, always happy to help if we have any issues, they are straight on it. I would definitely recommend First Eye Security to anyone, keep up the good work guys😊

This is a first-class organisation. Our warehouse was broken into and I contacted a couple of Leeds security companies to receive quotes for a new Intruder Alarm System and a comprehensive new CCTV system. First Eye appeared professional from the outset and took the time to understand our needs and proposed suitable systems that were competitively priced. The installation was fast, as First Eye deployed a number of team members quickly to deliver the installation quickly and to a very high standard. Throughout they ensured we understood what they were doing and how the systems operated effectively. Having completed the job, they remain extremely friendly and offer superb after care. I have no regrets in choosing First Eye and would highly recommend them. Impressive!

The entire First Eye team are a joy to deal with. Super professional but really friendly and approachable too. Incredibly conscientious, Allie in the office plus Paul and Kyle, the engineers show real pride in their roles. Such lovely people, so good at their jobs with a customer service ethic which is rarely seen these days. The actual alarm system was set up superbly a year ago and recently serviced. Technical matters on each occasion were explained patiently and kindly to an untechy customer. Appointment timings have always been very flexible around the customer. My experiences with First Eye have been consistently first class and I would highly recommend their services.
