Finishing Touches Cleaning Ltd

I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough! From the moment I got in touch with them, they made me feel completely at ease and never once made me feel judged. They are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I came home from work and was absolutely blown away – my home was spotless! Every room was immaculate and it honestly looked like a show home. The attention to detail was incredible, and it was such an amazing feeling walking into such a clean, fresh space. 🤩 The service exceeded all of my expectations, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I will 100% be using this company every week going forward and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you so much for your hard work – you've gained a customer for life! 🙏✨

I’ve been using Finishing Touches for my holiday let in Burry Port, and they’ve been absolutely brilliant. Their changeover cleans are always spotless, reliable, and done with care—exactly what I need to keep my guests happy. They pay attention to the little details that make a big difference. Highly recommend!

My recent experience with this cleaning service was disappointing The clean was not fully completed as agreed. Several areas were left unfinished, including the kitchen, conservatory, downstairs toilet, and parts of the living room were not properly hoovered or cleaned. There was also confusion around pricing on the day, with the job ending up taking less time than originally expected but still being left incomplete. This led to unclear communication about additional charges. The company has offered to return to complete some of the work, but this would require additional payment, which I did not expect based on the original agreement. Overall, the service did not meet expectations in terms of completion and clarity of communication. I would recommend confirming exactly what is included and how pricing works before booking.

“Good surface clean — not much more; left a lot to be desired.” Looked fine at first glance, but a closer check told a different story. TV shelves, skirting boards, and anything below eye level were clearly skipped. Hairs left on bedding and sofas coated in allergy-triggering dust. Disappointing that the standard of cleaning didn’t meet expectations for a holiday rental on this occasion. Update: I appreciated the company re-visiting during my stay to try to rectify the issues, though I’d already cleaned the areas myself by that point. My review reflects the condition on arrival.

I’ve been using Finishing Touches for my weekly clean for a few years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are always friendly, polite and completely professional. They’re really discreet too which I appreciate, and they always turn up when they say they will. My house is quite big, but they still manage to get through everything properly without cutting corners. The place always looks and smells fresh afterwards and it’s such a nice feeling walking back in once they’ve finished. I’ve never had a single problem with them, and it’s nice having a company you can genuinely rely on. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a proper, trustworthy cleaning service. Thank you team!
