Farsight Security Services Ltd

The people who work here struggle in using a computer and phone. I was told completely different information then I asked for, and was constantly sent on a spiral of trying to call back and asking for the smallest pieces of clarification. It was hard enough to get through and when I finally did manage to reach them, they somehow managed to schedule an appointment to set to take place in the past. Absolute embarrassment for a company that specialises in security and I.C.T. and what a waste of time. Edit: I got the right business, the owner doesn't know how to use a computer properly or posses basic social skills.

I really appreciate the help I received from Isaac at farsight a few weeks ago. We had an issue with our security system and with his very useful and easy step by step process we no longer have issues with it. He should give himself a pat on the back because it has saved the company I work for a lot of hassle and money!!! 5/5 starts from us.

Extremely poor service and would not recommend at all. Trying bill me for items that were never supplied and a complete shambles to setup in the first place. Worst monitoring service would not trust at all.

We have used Farsight for monitoring of our customers sights for many years and we are very happy with the friendly and professional support that we receive. The technical support is always available and help to resolve any issues when bringing on new technologies. The administration of new sites is made easy with help of the administration staff and the control room are quick to answer the phones which isn't always available with other monitoring stations. Well done Farsight, keep up the good work.

Have been dealing with Farsight for a little over 12 months now, the service has been first class right from the initial visit and survey by Chris to the response time from the monitoring team. We had some issues with our equipment already in place that made installation a little more challenging but the guys went above and beyond to ensure we were set up as quickly as possible with no down time.
