Farrans Contractors working for Irish Water were absolute cowboys to deal with. Water box was installed in the wrong place and to an incorrect depth as per their own regulations. Their contractors installed it on the edge of a steep gripe, which collapsed with the first heavy rains. They also refused point blank to move it to the correct location and sought 17k to have it moved to the place where it was approved to be, in the first instance.

Rating would be 0 if Google would allow. Had a terrible, unprofessional and hostile encounter with the MD Dominic Lavery. How he is responsible for leading a business is beyond me
