F1 Training Services UK LTD

Gillian was a very attentive & helpful trainer. Everything was thoroughly covered & Gillian helped with ways to make things stick in my memory. Everything was described in great detail & explained in an interesting way. Everything made perfect sense & I really hope to complete some more courses with Gillian in the future. Thank you very much.

Gordon was an amazing trainer. The training was extremely informative and all of our many questions were welcomed. Gordon was also kind, funny & theatrical which for me helps the learning stick. Genuinely had a lovely day on this training as well as how much I learned!

I had a really positive experience with my first aid instructor Gillian. She was knowledgeable, informative, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Her friendly and calm approach immediately put me at ease, which made it much easier to learn and ask questions. I left the course feeling much more confident in my skills. I’d highly recommend F1 to anyone looking for first aid training.

Have had a wonderful experience today on my 1 day first aid course. And Gillian was an absolute delight and a breath of fresh air in comparison to the British Red Cross course I did 3 years ago.

The course was very informative and well-structured, with a strong focus on practical, real-life skills. Gillian was an excellent instructor — highly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. She explained everything clearly, answered all questions with patience, and created a relaxed and supportive learning environment. Overall, a very positive experience — I would highly recommend both the course and Gillian as an instructor.
