Excellent Cleaning Centre

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this cleaning service. I am currently postpartum with a newborn, which is exactly why I booked a cleaning service — I needed some help around the house so I could relax a little and focus on my baby. I was more than happy to support the cleaners by showing them what needed to be done and directing them when necessary, but I did not expect to have to do the cleaning myself while also caring for my newborn. One of the cleaners did a great job and was clearly working hard, and I really appreciated her effort. However, the other cleaner spent a significant amount of the hour sitting and watching me while I was cleaning. When I asked her to clean specific areas or dust, she repeatedly responded with things like, “No dust?” or “No clean?” rather than taking the initiative to do the work. At one point, I was left with my baby crying while I was doing the cleaning that I had actually paid for someone else to do. Instead of feeling supported and getting a much-needed break, I found myself stressed, supervising, explaining every little task, and doing the work myself. It was honestly one of the most stressful hour I’ve had in ages, especially while postpartum and caring for a newborn. I hired a cleaning service because I needed help, not because I needed another person to supervise. I’m very disappointed with the experience. One cleaner was excellent, but unfortunately the overall experience was not what I expected or paid for, and I would not use the service again based on this experience.

This company have cleaned for me for 2 years. They provide a flexible and efficient service and will happily deep clean as and when needed. I would highly recommend.
