Take that concert was amazing. The staff were friendly and respectful. I would like to mention Steve from disabled area, I turned up with mobility problems right away he found me a seat and wrist band with no issues at all. He was so nice and helpful.

Disgusted with the harassment from two Eventsec employees. Very low standard of staff at this event, severe lack of training and common courtesy. See below. Lisburn mayors Parade. Just been to the Lisburn Mayors Parade in Wallace Park. We arrived around midday, my wife, daughter and her wee bijon dog wearing his harness and lead. All went very well until about 3pm when two people, a male and female who were employed by Eventsec security, hired by Lisburn City council approached us as we were ordering refreshments from a catering trailer. We were told that as soon as we receive our order we must leave Wallace park as no dogs are allowed during this family event. I pointed out that we came through the main gates, spoke to other Eventsec employees, who ignored me and never said anything about dogs not being allowed, but here we are after 3 hours of being in Wallace park and being told we would be escorted out once we received our refreshments order. They moved off to harass someone else before coming back to continue harassing us. I stated my point again that nobody said anything to us about dogs not being allowed, they walked off. We got our food and went and sat in the shade of a tree only to be approached yet again by the same two Eventsec harassers. I told them I would have my refreshments first before leaving of my own free will. They said if needs be they would call the police to which I asked them to please do so but meantime We intended to remain. While sitting I observed numerous dogs all on leads and well behaved with their owners. I pointed this out to them and they responded by saying we are going after them now and have them removed. We eventually did leave 30 minutes or so later having had our day at the Lisburn family fun day as it was referred to marred by a pair of Eventsec dictators. We have attended these events many times in the past as a residents of Lisburn but we don’t think we will attend in future. Wallace Park was donated to the residents of Lisburn by Lord and Lady Wallace to be enjoyed by all, LCC does not own it, the people do and they would do well to remember that.

Eventsec appointed themselves as the '' dance police'' dictating where and when people can dance at the disco event Lost in Music. Seem to be on some sort of power trip and lie when asked for an explanation why they were preventing adults from enjoying themselves. A reality check is needed and they seriously need to wise up

I took my autistic 8 year old to the let’s rock Belfast festival yesterday and she had a fabulous time thanks largely to the fantastic security team! We particularly want to thank Fletch for his kindness so if you see this fletch, princess says a huge thank you! If it wasn’t for his discretion we would have to have gone home so he really saved the day, a true gentleman!

Not a fan of Eventsec. Had a great night at Limp Bizkit, in Ormeau Park, but nearly spoiled by Eventsec staff trying to get involved in stopping people moshing. They put themselves and others in danger and angered the punters, thus creating a scene. The team don't seem to be briefed, before an event, as to what to expect from a crowds reaction to a particular band. I hope this improves in due course. Ryan
