I used Eternal cleaning to get an end-of-tenancy clean for my two-bed, two bath duplex. I had been mucked about by three or four other cleaning companies and was at my wits end. Before the clean, Eternal were easy to deal with, efficient and communicative. Their prices are very competitive. They sent two very friendly girls and they spent a very long time in the flat, making sure that it was perfect for the inspection. I am thrilled by the end result, and would 100 percent recommend them to anyone.

Coming out of Covid, we moved into a hybrid working model, which meant that we had reduced cleaning requirements which some companies refused to service. We also have some tenants in our offices that provide access issues. None of this was a problem to Eternal, who gave us a competitive quote, and who deliver a professional flexible service. The cleaners are prompt and friendly, and do a good job. The office staff communicate with us in a friendly and efficient manner. We're happy to be a client of Eternal, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately the end-of-tenancy cleaning service provided was not "hassle free" as advertised. The lettings agent charged me additional cleaning fees when I moved out as the clean provided by Eternal Cleaning was not sufficient to meet end of tenancy requirements. The cleaner themselves did not seem to be a professional cleaner (it was their part-time job). On completion of their clean I thought the quality was OK, but not great. I contacted the central office to communicate this and in fairness to them they offered to rectify the situation. Unfortunately (to my cost) I did not immediately take up this offer as I was moving the next day and had other priorities. Allowing the cleaner back into the property would have involved liaising with the lettings agent, an inconvenience to me. In summary, Eternal Cleaning did not meet quality standards for the service offered in my situation. They did offer to rectify the situation, which placed an administrative cost to me. Theirs was a low quote, which was why I chose them. If you are willing to closely quality control the service offered then use this service, as to my knowledge they offer competitive quotes from a price perspective. If you want a "hassle free" experience I would not recommend their services.

I needed an end of tenancy clean at short notice and Eternal Cleaning got the job done for me. Really positive experience dealing with them and I have no worries about getting my full deposit back this time. Shout out to Cass for going above and beyond and Daniel for the absolutely top notch clean. Can highly recommend.

Eternal Cleaning have been providing a regular service to our business for the last few years and they do a fantastic job week in week out for us. They are flexible should we require additional cleans, are very professional and are a genuine pleasure to work with.
