Essex building & maintenance service

Essex Building & Maintenance Services carried out the rendering, guttering, coping and repointing on my mixed-use property in South East London, and the quality of the work has been excellent from start to finish. The building has been completely transformed. The rendering is sharp and consistent, the repointing has been done with real attention to detail, and the new coping and guttering have finished everything off perfectly. Gjovi and his team take real pride in their work and don't settle for anything less than a high standard. They're reliable, hardworking and easy to deal with. Communication has been excellent throughout, they've always been happy to discuss any questions I've had, and they've kept the site tidy and well organised. The standard of workmanship has given me the confidence to continue using Essex Building & Maintenance Services for further works on the property, which says everything about how satisfied I've been with the service they've provided. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy building company that genuinely cares about the quality of the finished result.

Gjiovalin and his team were lovely men who worked so hard to finish all the work on time before our new kitchen arrived. They ripped out the old kitchen, took down the ceiling, moved pipes, installed a new ceiling with spotlights, plastered and painted the whole area in two weeks - and the standard was great. I would highly recommend Essex building and maintenance services to anyone.

Very pleased with the plastering. It's now been the 4th room that got plastered. Works clean and efficiently, was even able to help me out on short notice I'm definitely going to use them again for the next room. Highly recommended.

I used Essex Building Services for few of my projects now , from the smallest to biggest jobs , you can see the photos , what can I say , they have turned my properties round in very short time and perfections to details in same time , will continue to use Gjovani and the boys as long as I am in property business , and if you want reliable people and no stress , and no hidden extras Gjovani is your man .

Had the complete front and side of the house silicone rendered in white. A brilliant job by Gjiovani and his guys. They worked extremely hard with no fuss. Experienced workman that know their job well. They also did a few extra bits that we didn’t think of ourselves. Great job at a good price. Would recommend them to anyone.
