ESS Security

Had an issue with our alarm (fitted by a different company) which needed fixing ASAP. Unfortunately ESS were fully booked up for a couple of weeks but the kind woman on the phone gave me some temporary fix advice which worked! She saved me a lot of time today and I'm so thankful, will definitely look at using this company when we're in a position to get the system sorted. Thank you. ☺️

Whoever is driving yc66kup 12:18 southbound on the m1 needs his licence looking at, so dangerously close to the back of the car couldn't move anywhere due to traffic both sides of us and he was that close we couldn't see below his windscreen and that was at 70mph . Absolutely dangerous driving if the driver has a dash cam review the footage if not then I suggest you have them fitted.

My alarm was ringing incessantly all morning after a fuse was tripped and two kind engineers came over very quickly to fix this. They were communicative, efficient and both identified as well as fixed the issue in no time at all. On top of this, the customer service on the calls were fab. I'll be using this service again if required and would highly recommend to others, too!

Pretty much the same review as Natalie below. Had a system installed 2 years ago and since it was installed there has been no end of problems. Fobs for the alarm stopping working then the sensor stopping working but as usual "it's chargeable" even though we pay the maintenance contract. Used this company due to a professional connection recommending them but I won't be passing on the recommendation and have told the person who recommended them to stop! Had an invoice through recently for the maintenance contract to pay but they don't maintain it as I'm currently without a sensor as when it stopped working they came out after it being 18 months old said it's chargeable and as we didn't want to pay because of the maintenance contract all they offered was to take the battery out! They are obviously using the cheapest systems and sensors so people need to keep ringing them and paying them constantly. My parents have had a system installed for over 8 years and have never needed the sensors replacing or the fobs they use and it cost the same as this alarm.

I had a wireless alarm fitted by ESS this morning and I would just like to say a huge thank you for a truly excellent service. The guys fitted the alarm with no mess at all, showed me how everything worked and were just fantastic from start to finish. The alarm is brilliant and ESS were really competitively priced too! Highly recommended for anyone needing a trusted and reliable security company.
