ESCAPE CLEANING

Arrogant person at reception - has a condescending tone as soon as you make the phone call. The website doesn't provide any information about deep cleaning so you need to call to get information about such services, but when you do call to see how they operate and to provide information he immediately cuts you off with a "well I can't provide you with a quote because you haven't me given me any information". But that was the whole point of the phone call! And when you do start giving them information they try to undermine that too, by saying things like "in this day and age we take information only through a video call or email" -- which is clearly not how other companies operate (they either send someone over, or take a description of the property over the phone). Clearly, they consider themselves to be superior to other cleaning companies. He threw in a few more arrogant remarks too, such as "well we do charge £70 per hour" as if to say "I know you can't afford that". Stay away.
