English Plumbing Co

We had a full bathroom refit from a dated bath and toilet bathroom to a lovely mobility friendly shower room. From start to finish the workmanship was faultless. I will be using the English Plumbing company in the future and will be recommending their services to friends and family.

English Plumbing helped reinstall a bathroom that was leaking through to the ceiling below. They came highly recommended by a friend and lived up to all expectations: they were quick to visit to assess the job, quick to follow up with a very reasonable quote, and quick to get me booked in for the work. When it came, the work was done without fuss or mess and was exactly as quoted. Based on my experience I cannot recommend English Plumbing highly enough and will happily use them again.

English Plumbing Company did a very professional job replacing an old lead mains water feed pipe. Arrived promptly and completed successfully with minimal disturbance, Very clean & tidy. Thank you all for a super job.

English Plumbing recently transformed my rusty old bathroom into the beautiful room it is now, and I’m delighted with it, and them. The whole team worked so professionally. They were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t wait for the walls to be decorated now, once I can decide on a colour! Thank you Matt and team 😊

Got to know them as a company in a local summer fair, decided to support a local small business and get them to service our boiler and check low water pressure around the house. The process has been straightforward, what you'd expect from the point of query to arranging a date. On the day the plumber arrived early, was courteous and friendly. Done the boiler service as expected, topped up the pressure gauge, cleaned the parts, filled up some small gaps around the pipes (which I would say is extra, had 4 different plumbers previously coming to do the same job but none of them picked that up). Checked our upstairs ensuite shower water pressure as I think it has dropped in the last few months. Plumber explained probably due to new houses being built in the estate. After measuring, he explained that our entry water pressure is within the expected legal limit, and the drop between the entry point to the shower is also as expected. Though we cannot solve the low water pressure issue, I felt reassured by the plumber that the issue is not with the house/pipes, but at a higher level. My overall experience was excellent, they only invoiced for the boiler service at the end! Will definitely consider them for any future plumbing related jobs.
