I help my father manage a number of rental properties and we have used Elitelets Property Services for lettings and management. Overall, they have been helpful and professional to deal with. They have a good understanding of the local market, keep us updated and generally deal with maintenance and tenant issues in a reasonable time. There can sometimes be delays with repairs depending on contractor availability, but they do make an effort to keep standards up and ensure properties are looked after. We have found them reliable overall and would be happy to continue working with Elitelets Property Services.

My son had a really positive experience living in the shared house while studying in Nottingham. It was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location close to everything I needed. The management were easy to get hold of, quick to respond to any issues and always friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were also easy, which made the whole experience very simple and stress free. They were excellent throughout, A* and a special thank you to Humaira for that personal touch. Overall, a comfortable and reliable place to live, I’d definitely recommend EliteLets as the best letting agent in Notts.

I hope anyone who is considering renting with this company reads these reviews before they do, because to be honest even without everything anyone has to say about them they’re responses are enough to show you the type of people you will be dealing with if you chose to rent with them. Majority of the time those of us renting with Elite Lets are students, so I’m not going to argue that we are all perfect tenants who don’t make any mistakes. Although I personally have never once caused damage to the property I am renting I know my communication is not always the speediest, and I don’t try to sort issues immediately because at the end of the day I am a young, busy University student living alone for the first time. My main issue with this company and the house I’ve been renting for the past year is the fact that it’s simply not fit for 8 people to live in. I’d assume it’s maybe a 4 maximum 5 man house that has been extended in order to make more money off of more people. The dishwasher is half the size of an average one, The washing machine is also quite small and there is no dryer, inadequate space for 8 people to dry their clothes on an airer and they refused to put in a washer dryer. The dishwasher consistently floods, the showers are tiny - there are many other issues that ultimately make it very hard to live in the house and keep it in good condition. It feels as though the house is set up as a money making scheme. Every response i’ve received from the company has just been unprofessional (and it seems as though i’m not the only one considering the responses to the majority of these reviews). Here’s how most communication went: we enquire about an issue -> they respond telling us it is likely something we have to sort on our own, something we have caused, or something we are responsible for. at the absolute most we’d get maintenance to check the issue, but 9/10 times they tell us once again, it’s our problem to fix -> permanent damage is caused because of the issue we raised initially -> we are asked why we didn’t bring this up in the first place and where our proof is that we didn’t cause it. It’s an endless cycle of them figuring out a way to put the blame on us. Often I felt as though everytime we argued a fair point that meant they couldn’t put any blame on us, they’d go radio silent and wouldn’t respond - leaving us in the dark about what was going to happen, wether they were planning on fixing it and wether we would be charged. The last email I sent to them was expressing my concern about how i felt they’d been unprofessional by not responding to us / being clear with us, and asking for a full list of deposit deductions that they were suggesting. They did not respond to my email instead they copy and pasted it and sent it to all the other tenants. I know this isn’t the end of the world but there were other things they could’ve done - asked me to inform my tenants, reference my enquiry in their email to the other tenants rather than singling me out, and sending my entire email to all of the tenants. I’m not going to completely bash the company i feel as though i’ve been very truthful in this review but essentially i think it’s worth knowing that this company is not going to be professional with you, cares mostly about the money they can make of you, and dont treat tenants with real respect. to any students, private landlords are so much more accommodating and respectful and elite lets is just actually not worth the hassle. You will not have a good living experience if you rent with these people whilst at uni.
