Elite Security

I’m a resident living opposite a site with an Elite Security alarm installed, and every couple of months it seems to break and blast an incredibly loud, constant buzzing noise straight into our flats. Well, surprise surprise — it’s happened again. I called the Leeds office earlier today and was told an engineer would be sent out. Two hours later, nothing. So my partner called back on his phone, only to be told they “have no record” of the site existing. Interesting, considering engineers have been sent there before, and someone had already confirmed earlier that they’d attend. The guy on the phone (27/05/26 around 8pm) was completely unhelpful. So now me and hundreds of other residents get to listen to this droning alarm all night because apparently the site suddenly “doesn’t exist.” If this is how Elite Security handles a broken alarm disturbing an entire residential area, good luck if there’s ever an actual emergency. Their “24/7” service seems to amount to: “Doesn’t exist, mate.”

Used Elite for CCTV towers. Great customer service, good price. Thank you
