Elite Luxury Clean Ltd. Window Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning

One time I asked to skip and the turned up anyway and just did the windows without ringing my bell so I had to pay them. This week they sent the courtesy text that they would be cleaning the windows and no one turned up. At least twice I have had to ask them to come back and redo them because they left water droplet marks all over the windows. And even when it was redone they were still there. Perfectly lovely people but poor service and poor quality of work too.

Been using Elite Luxury Clean Ltd since we moved in to our new house. The service is excellent, comms great, reliable and even if they can’t attend due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, they let you know and commit to coming back ASAP. We live on an active building site still, so the windows currently don’t stay clean for long. But it’s great to know we have a reliable service that we don’t have to chase. One less domestic chore to remember. If you can’t pay on the day when you’re not there they send you a link to settle up. Fantastic service and I’ve been turning the competition away consistently. Keep up the great friendly and reliable service guys.

David was fantastic! He was clear and fair on pricing and got straight to work making my windows shine! He was super friendly and even gave me a little tester on cleaning the guttering and fascias, to which I am just waiting on my quote and then I will be booking them in. Great price for a great service, thanks David, will see you again soon 👍

The two people we have had contact with have been friendly and helpful. David cleaned the exterior windows yesterday and was responsive to what we needed in terms of cleaning today and in the future. We have two house cats and live in a terraced property so doors needed to be open whilst the cleaning took place but he gave us time to make sure the fur babies were safe. We are extremely happy with how clean the windows are; he did a really great job, especially as we have only just moved in to the property and the windows and sills were fairly dirty. We will definitely use the company again for window cleaning and are considering using their other services too.

Hi I am very happy with the service John is a nice polite guy, I asked could he be here after 2.30 as that is when i get in from work going forward as my husband had a stroke in January and is too unsteady to open the gate and John was quite happy to relay this to who ever else cleans the windows. Thank you good service
