Very disappointed. We booked a full house carpet clean from this company for them not to turn up, they did not respond to any of my messages despite reading them. Wouldn't answer my calls. We are a very busy family who had just done a full house move around 2 kids and both working full time. We spent all weekend preparing the house for them to do the job from then to let us down with no explanation. I gave them 24hrs to respond and they couldn't be bothered. Highly unprofessional way to conduct a business. May I suggest if you can't attend a booked appointment to please let your customers know. Not just ignore messages and block phone calls.
