Ecoclean Rug Spa Gloucestershire

We were initially concerned about using harsh or toxic solutions to clean our rug because of our dogs, but Eco Clean put our minds at ease with their use of completely pet-safe products. The results were incredible—the rug looks brand new, far beyond what we expected! Brandon was absolutely lovely, which was a huge bonus. His professionalism and friendly approach made the whole experience even better. This is a great company that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough, safe, and reliable cleaning service. Thank you for the fantastic job!

• Ryan was unresponsive for weeks and only replied after daily follow-ups • Invoice sent a whole month after clean and without confirming final price upfront, charging for excessive hours (16.5h for 2 bed 2 bath all tile floor.) • VAT wasn’t mentioned at the quoting stage, which is misleading and against UK consumer law • Responded with false claims and didn’t take action on issues raised • Even threatened to contact our new landlord — completely unprofessional • We’ve since learned others had similar bad experiences — avoid this company

The Ecoclean service is efficient and thorough, and the team is polite and good to have around. They do an immaculate job and seem to be able to remove even the toughest stain without any fuss, leaving the carpets as good as new!

What can I say, these guys know their stuff. After seeing the technologies, the care and the dedication of Ryan and his staff, it was an easy decision for me to engage Ecoclean. A great decision, I was not disappointed.

Such amazing service, I didn’t expect all of the stains on our sofa to come out but they look good as new. Such friendly and professional service, I have already recommended your service to friends.
